摘要
采用等离子熔覆在R780材质钻杆上堆焊3种不同螺旋熔覆层,并利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、洛氏硬度计和磨料磨损试验机等分析测试手段研究了不同熔覆层的组织与性能。结果表明:熔覆层中添加少量稀土元素即可使其晶粒细化,添加Al2O3-TiO2复合陶瓷粉末,可在熔覆层中形成弥散分布的Al2O3硬质强化相。添加稀土元素和Al2O3-TiO2后的熔覆层的硬度和耐磨性有明显的提高。
The microstructure and properties of three different cladding layers prepared by plasma cladding on R780 drilling pipe were investigated by means of metallurgical microscope,SEM,XRD,Rockwell apparatus,and ML-100 wear testing machine.The results show that the grain size of cladding layers could be refined by rare-earth element,and the Al2O3 strengthening phases spread over cladding layer that decomposed from Al2 O3-TiO2.The hardness and wear resistance of cladding layers were improved by rare-earth element and Al2O3-TiO2.
