摘要
矿井提升机的控制本质就是提升机料斗的定位控制,为了提高提升效率要求提升机料斗一次定位并且定位精度要高,设计采用加速度传感器检测料斗提升或下降过程中的加速度来精确求取料斗的位置,检测装置质量轻,性能稳定,精度高且体积小等。由于加速度传感器灵敏度高,外界振动、噪声等的干扰会使采集的加速度信号出现干扰波动,所以要对采集的信号进行处理,本系统在信号低通滤波的基础上采用数字滤波处理的方法进行加速度信号的二次处理,效果良好,能够达到测量精度的要求。
Control nature of mine hoist is the hopper hoist positioning control,in order to improve the efficiency of ascension requires hoist positioning a positioning of the funnel and high positioning accuracy,this design USES the acceleration sensors hopper acceleration in the process of ascension or decline to accurately calculate the position of the hopper,the detection device has the advantage of light quality,stable performance,high precision and small volume etc.Due to external vibration,noise and so on interference can make the acquisition of acceleration signal interference wave,so to the acquisition of signal processing,this system based on the signal to a low-pass filter using the method of digital filtering processing acceleration signal of secondary processing,effect is good,can meet the requirements of measurement precision.
