摘要
介绍了矿用钢丝绳的选择计算方法。将实际的设备参数结合该计算方法进行验证,证明在选择的钢丝绳安全余量大于安装的设备对钢丝绳安全性的影响系数的情况下,在罐笼上安装一定质量的设备后即使钢丝绳的最大静张力差不变,钢丝绳仍然是安全的。
This paper introduces the method to select and calculate steel rope.Combine the parameters of some equipment with this computing method to prove.We would get a conclusion that the steel rope is still safe even the maximum tension difference remain unchanged if the safety margin of the steel rope is bigger than the influence coefficient of the steel rope’s security which is caused by adding equipment.
