摘要
运用Pro/E软件对防冻液喷洒装置进行建模,利用ANSYS软件,在没有预应力和施加预应力2种情况下,对结构进行约束模态分析,得到支撑架结构固有频率和振型,验证了结构合理性,为优化结构设计提供依据。
The CAD model of coal train antifreeze spraying device is set up by Pro/E,the constraint modal analysis is used on the support frame in two cases of having prestress and no prestress by ANSYS,identify the natural frequency and vibration mode of the support frame structure,verify the rationality of structure and provide the basis for optimizing structure design.
