摘要
针对基于粒子流冲刷技术对精密电铸结果分析问题,介绍了粒子流冲刷技术的试验装置与原理,探讨传统电铸和粒子流冲刷的实验结果,其中主要是对电铸件的微观形貌分析和电铸件的显微硬度的分析,得到对金属镍电铸试验结果,它与传统电铸技术相比,粒子流冲刷精密电铸技术可以有效改变电铸层的微观组织结构,使电铸件表面在晶格生长时生成微细的晶粒,增强铸件的物理机械强度,使精密铸件的机械性能得到了较大提高。
Based on particle erosion technology on precision electroforming result analysis problem,this paper introduces the particle erosion technology test device and principle,this paper discusses the traditional electroforming and particle erosion of the experimental results,which is mainly to the electric casting microstructure analysis and electric casting from the analysis of micro hardness of metal nickel electroforming test results,it with the traditional electroforming technology,compared to particles scour precision electroforming technology can effectively change the electroforming layer microstructure structure,make electric casting surface in the lattice growth generated superfine grain,enhance the casting physical discharged strength,make the precision casting mechanical performance has been improved greatly.
