摘要
介绍了现有煤矿带式输送机电控系统的不足,提出了使用交流变频与PLC技术实现电控系统的改造方案,讨论了方案的关键技术、实现的方法与设备的选型,改造后系统可实现在地面对煤矿井下带式输送机的远程集中控制,对保障带式输送机的安全运行具有重要意义。
This paper introduces shortcomings existing coal mine electric control system for belt conveyor.the reform scheme of the control system base on PLC is proposed,and discussed the selection of key technologies,the method and equipment.This monitor and control system can concentrate on long-distance control of underground coal mine belt conveyor,has important meaning for safety operation of belt conveyor.
