针对四盘钢丝缠绕机的链传动冲击大、噪声大和容易损坏输入轴密封等现状,通过对链的损坏形式和胶管钢丝层的剖析,对四盘钢丝缠绕机的传动部分进行了改进,由齿轮传动代替,解决了四盘钢丝缠绕机的链传动冲击大、噪声大和容易损坏输入轴密封的问题。

According to the four discs wire winding machine chain transmission shocks,big noise and easy to damage the input shaft seal status,through the analysis of the chain forms of damage and steel wire distribution,four disc wire winding machine transmission parts were improved,replaced by the gear transmission,to solve the four plates of steel wire winding machine chain transmission the impact of large,big noise and easy to damage the input shaft sealing problems.
