摘要
针对目前煤矿液压支架的喷雾防尘控制系统存在的缺点进行了研究和分析,设计了一种基于单片机的液压支架自动喷雾防尘系统。该系统主要采用AT89S52单片机为控制核心,实现了对喷雾电磁阀门的自动控制,在液压支架操作过程中即可选择本架和邻架共同喷雾降尘,在所操作支架的两侧,通过连接手动截止阀、单向阀以及三通,对相邻两架液压支架的喷雾系统进行控制,以达到扩大喷雾降尘范围的目的,加强了工作面液压支架的降尘效果。不但改善了采煤面的工作环境,而且对煤矿的安全生产要求具有重大的意义。
In view of the present coal mine of hydraulic support spray dust control system shortcomings existed in the research and analysis,we design a hydraulic support automatic spray dust control system based on single chip microcomputer.Mainly using the AT89S52 microcontroller as the control core,the system realized the automatic control of spray solenoid valve,in the process of hydraulic support operation can choose this rack and adjacent spray dust-settling together,in operating the sides of the bracket,through the one-way valve,three-way connection and manual stop valve control adjacent open automatically spray,expanding the scope of the dustfall,strengthen the dust-settling effect.This not only improves the coal mining face work environment,and is of great significance to the coal mine production safety requirements.
