摘要 针对掘进机行走机构液压系统故障发生具有模糊性的特点,提出了基于一种梯形模糊数运算的液压系统故障分析方法。考虑故障程度对系统的影响,将故障发生概率表述为模糊数,运用模糊集合论描述液压系统故障底事件和中间事件的发生概率。结合掘进机构液压系统油缸故障树分析应用实例,估算了顶事件的故障概率,取得了理想的效果。 According to the fuzzy characteristics of tunneller travelling mechanism hydraulic systems fault,this paper proposed a fault diagnosis method of hydraulic system based on trapezoidal fuzzy number arithmetic.Considering the influence of the fault degree of the hydraulic systems,probability of failure were expressed as fuzzy numbers as well as fuzzy set theory were introduced into fault probabilities of the bottom and intermediate events.Combining the application example of tunneling mechanism oil cylinder failure analysis with fault tree,the fault probability of top event was achieved and the result was ideal.
