摘要 为了研究寒地春玉米耐锌胁迫的基因型差异,利用水培试验,研究了黑龙江省大面积推广的18个玉米杂交种幼苗期对低锌的反应。结果表明:通过比较不同基因型各性状的相对耐性值及其与综合评价系数的相关性分析,明确了相对叶鲜重、相对叶干重、相对根鲜重和干重可作为玉米耐低锌基因型早期鉴定的重要指标。提出了玉米耐低锌综合评价指数,并在此基础上筛选出低锌敏感型玉米品种:四单19和龙青1号,耐低锌型玉米品种:牡丹9号、垦玉6号、兴垦3号、庆单2号和龙辐单208。 In order to study the differences of spring maize varieties with low-zinc tolerance in cold region , through solution culture experiment ,the reaction of 18 hybrids of maize in large scale extension in Heilongjiang province was studied under low-zinc at seedling stage .The results showed that through comparison of relative tolerance of various characteristics with different genotypes ,the correlation analysis of relative leaf fresh weight ,relative leaf dry weight ,relative root fresh weight and relative root dry weight could be the important indexes for low-zinc tolerance in early identification genotype .The comprehensive evaluation index for low-zinc tolerance was proposed ,and low zinc sensitive varieties were selected including Sidan 19 and Longqing 1 ,as well as low zinc insensitive varieties including Mudan 9 ,Kenyu 6 ,Xingken 3 ,Qingdan 2 and Longfudan 208 .
