摘要
[目的]观察"三焦针法"对线粒体通透性转换孔(mPTP)孔开放相关蛋白亲环蛋白D(CypD)、线粒体Aβ(Aβ)的调控作用,探讨"三焦针法"治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的机制。[方法]选取快速老化小鼠SAMP8为模型,采用Western blot等方法,观察小鼠皮质、海马线粒体Aβ、CypD含量的变化,以及"三焦针法"对其的影响。[结果]SAMR1正常组小鼠皮质与海马线粒体中Aβ42、CypD表达较低,SAMP8对照组小鼠皮质海马线粒体中Aβ42、CypD表达上调,针刺组小鼠皮质与海马线粒体中Aβ42、CypD表达,相对于SAMP8对照组下调或有下调趋势。[结论]"三焦针法"具有调整SAMP8鼠神经元线粒体皮质、海马Aβ42、CypD含量的作用。
[Objective] To observe the effect of "SanJiao" acupuncture in regulating the associated protein CypD and Aβabout mitochondria permeability transition pore opening in Alzheimer disease mice. [Methods] Using SAMP8 mouse and normal control SAMR1 as model, applying the Western blot techniques, monitoring the expression difference of CypD and Aβ in procerebrum, neocortex and hippocampus and the effect of acupuncture. [Results] The expression of Aβ and CypD in cortex and hippocampus decline in SAMR1, obviously increased in SAMP8, downregulated or had the tendency of downregulation after acupuncture. [Conclusion] The result confirms that "SanJiao" acupuncture treatment can regulate the expression of Aβand CypD in cortex and hippocampus in SAMP8 rats.
