补肾化痰方治疗多囊卵巢综合征的最佳配伍比例研究 被引量:16

摘要 [目的]通过补肾化痰方对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)模型大鼠的生殖、内分泌及糖代谢的影响,研究补肾化痰方的最佳配伍比例。[方法]采用孕期高雄法建立PCOS大鼠模型,采用正交实验法进行设计,将模型大鼠随机分为9组,每组10只,连续灌服补肾化痰方20 d。以空腹胰岛素、葡萄糖耐量实验(OGTT)血糖、血清T为指标,观察性激素及糖代谢变化,确定补肾化痰方的最佳配伍比例。[结果]苍术30 g,茯苓30 g对降低OGTT 0.5 h血糖作用分别显著大于其他两个剂量。仙灵脾30 g,丹参10 g对降低空腹胰岛素的作用分别显著大于其他两个剂量。[结论]补肾化痰方的最佳配伍比例是黄芪∶苍术∶茯苓∶仙灵脾∶丹参为5∶3∶3∶3∶1,即黄芪50 g,苍术30 g,茯苓30 g,仙灵脾30 g,丹参10 g。 [Objective] To study the best compatibility proportion of Bushen Huatan recipe ,through studying the effect of Bushen Huatan prescription on reproduction, endocrine and glucose metabolism in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). [Methodsl Kaohsiung method in pregnancy period was used to establish the model of PCOS in rats. Using the orthogonal experimental method the rats were divided into nine groups with 10 rats in each group. Continuous oral administration of Bushen Huatan recipe was performed for 20 days. Taking fasting insulin,glucose tolerance test (OGTF) , blood glucose,serum T as the index,the change of sex hormone and sugar metabolism were observed and the best compatibility proportion of Bushen Huatan recipe was determined. [Results] Effect of Atractylodes rhizome of 30 g,Tuckahoe of 30 g had an obvious greater effect on reducing the OGTI 0.5 h blood glucose than the other two doses. Effect of Epimedii of 30 g,Salvia Mihiorrhiza of 10 g has significant greater effect on lowering fasting insulin than the other two doses. [Conclusion] The best compatibility proportion of Bushen Huatan recipe is : Astragalus:Atractylodes:Tuckahoe:Epimedium:Salvia Miltiorrhiza at 5:3:3:3:1, namely Astragalus 50 g, Atractylodes 30 g, Tuckahoe 30 g, Epimedium 30 g, Salvia Mihiorrhiza 10 g.
