万源市生态文明建设研究

A Study of Ecological Civilization Construction in Wanyuan Region

建设生态文明,加强生态环境保护,是党和国家关于经济社会可持续发展的重大战略部署,是关系人民福祉、关乎民族未来的长远大计。作为嘉陵江和汉江上游的生态屏障,万源的生态文明建设直接关系到长江水质和万源的全面协调可持续发展。就万源市生态文明建设的客观条件、蓝图构想、战略举措进行了论述,为加强万源市生态文明建设提供了理论支撑。

The construction of ecological civilization and the protection of environment is an important strategy to sustain the society and economy developing advocated by the Party and Nation and a long-term plan concerned of the people＇s happiness and the natioffs future. As a protective screen located in tile upstream of Jialing River and Hanjiang River, tile ecological civilization in Wanyuan region is directly related to the water quality of Changjiang River and the totally sustain- able and coordinate development in this area. The condition, plan and measure is discussed for the supportive theory of the ecological civilization construction.
