吲达帕胺合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床观察

Clinical observation of indapamide combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

目的探讨吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床应用价值。方法选取本院110例高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象。随机分为观察组50例(采用吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平片);对照组60例(采用氨氯地平片),观察和比较两种治疗方法对患者血压、心率、心绞痛及左心室功能的影响。结果治疗2个月后观察组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率78.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后血压、心率均有显著差异,观察组治疗后舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)及心率(HR)指标改善情况均显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平片治疗高血压合并冠心病疗效明显优于单纯用氨氯地平片的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analysis of indapamide combined with amlodipine pieces of the clinical value of combined treatment of hypertension coronary heart disease. Methods To select merge coronary artery disease in our hospital 110 cases of hypertension patients as the research object. 50 cases were randomly divided into observation group （with up to Mr Amine corobined with amlodipine pieces）, control group 60 cases （using amlodipine pieces）, observe and compare two methods of treatment for patients with blood pressure, heart rate, angina pectofis and the efli^ct of left ventricular function. Results Attar 2 months ~atment group the total effective rate was 92%, control group total effectiveness 78.4% （P〈 0.05）; In the two groups before and after treatment of blood pressure, heart rate all have significant differences, observation group with indapamide combined with amlodipine piece of DBP and SBP and HR metrics to improve alter treatment were significantly better than the control group,（ P 〈 0.05）, suggesting combination effect is better than pure amlodipine, compare exist significant differences between groups, with statistical significance. Conclusion Tips to take indapamide combined with amlodipine piece for hypertension patients of coronary heart disease curativ＇e effect significantly better than pure amlodipine curative effect, worth clinical application.
