小腿骨牵引架辅助治疗胫腓骨骨折术中应用对比 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨小腿骨牵引架辅助治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床应用价值。方法选择2004年3月至2010年5月于本院收治的胫腓骨闭合骨折病人260例,均行带锁髓内针固定,未采用小腿骨牵引架的130例患者设为A组,采用小腿骨牵引架的130例患者设为B组。对两组患者的施术人数、手术时间、骨折愈合时间、闭合复位成功率等进行比较。结果 B组的施术人数、平均手术时间和平均骨折愈合时间均显著短于A组,差异具有统计学意义(t=33.24、12.14、8.550,P<0.05);闭合复位成功率为99.2%,显著高于A组(70%),差异具有统计学意义(x2=32.72,P<0.05);两组患者的按期愈合率相比差异无统计学意义。结论小腿骨牵引架辅助治疗胫腓骨骨折具有操作简单、节省人力、手术时间短、患者恢复好等优点,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical value of lower leg traction frame adjuvant therapy for tibia and fibula fracture surgery. Methods 260 cases of patients with closed fractures of tibia and fibula received in our hospital from Mar 2004 to May 2010 were underwent intramedullary nail fixation, 130 patients did not use the lower leg traction frame was included in group A, and 130 patients used lower leg traction frame was included in group B. The number of surgeons, operative time, healing time, and the success rate of closed reduction in both groups of patients were compared. Results The number of surgeons, mean operation time and the average healing time in group B were significantly shorter than group A, the differences were statistically significant (/-33.24, 12.14, 8.550, P〈0.05); Closed reduction success rate was 99.2%, significantly higher than group A (70%), the difference was statistically significant (x2=32.72, P〈0.05). Conclusion Lower leg traction frame adjuvant therapy for tibia and fibula fracture was simple, saved manpower, shortened operative time, improved patient recovery, and worthy of promotion.
