逍遥散联合电针灸治疗轻、中度抑郁症的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of Xiaoyao Power Comibined With electric acupuncture treatment of mild, moderate depression

目的评价逍遥散联合电针灸治疗轻、中度抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法通过随机对照实验,共入组符合ICD-10诊断标准、纳入标准、排除标准的患者80例,随机分为逍遥散联合电针灸(治疗组)40例,帕罗西汀组(对照组)40例。于用药前及用药后7 d、14 d、28 d、42 d分别采用HAMD量表(24项)、治疗后副反应量表(TESS)评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果以HAMD量表评价总体疗效显示:治疗组有效率84.21%,对照组有效率81.08%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逍遥散联合电针灸治疗轻、中度抑郁症疗效与帕罗西汀相当,但起效时间快,不良反应少。

Objective To evaluate the Xiaoyao Powder Combined with electric acupuncture therapeutic efficacy and safety of mild to moderate depression. Methods a randomized controlled trial, were divided into two groups according to ICD- 10 criteria, enrolled 80 patients with standard, excluded standard, were randomly divided into Xiaoyao Powder Combined with electric acupuncture （treatment group） 40 cases, paroxetine group （control group） 40 cases. Medication before and after treatment 7d, 14d, 28 d, 42d respectively with HAMD scale （24 items）, side effects scale （TESS） after treatment to evaluate the efficacy and side effects. Results the overall efficacy was assessed by HAMD scale shows： the effective rate of treatment group 84.21%, control group, the effective rate was 81,08%, no significant differences between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaoyao Powder Combined with electric acupuncture for treatment of mild and moderate depression and Pa Rossi Dean, but the fast onset time, less adverse reaction.
