带血管蒂尺神经松解筋膜下前置术治疗肘管综合征的疗效观察

The Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Decompression and Anterior Transposition of Vascularized Ulnaris Nerve in Treatment of Cubital Tunnel Syndrome

目的通过对带血管蒂尺神经松解筋膜下前置术治疗肘管综合征的临床疗效的观察,为临床上肘管综合征的治疗提供可行有效的手术治疗方案。方法采用尺神经及其伴行血管松解、前置术治疗肘管综合征。结果 56例病人,优40例,良6例,可1例,差9例,优良率82.1%。结论带血管蒂尺神经松解前置术是治疗肘管综合征的有效的手术治疗方案。

Objective To provide practical and effective solutions to the clinical treatment of eubital tunnel syndrome by observ- ing the clinical etlqcacy of decompression and anterior transposition of vaseularized uhmris nerve in treatment of eubital tunnel syn- drome. Methods Cases of cubital tunnel syndrome were treated by decompression and anterior transposition of vascularized ulnaris nerve. Results Of the 56 cases, 40 cases proved to be excellent, good in 6 eases, moderate in 1 ease, and poor in 9 eases; the ex- cellent and good rate was 82. 1%. Conclusion Decompression and anterior transposition with blood supply of vascularized ulnaris nerve is an effective surgical treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome.
