农户参与危旧房改造意愿的影响因素分析——基于浙江省温州市的实证研究

Analysis of Factors Influencing Farmer Households' Willingness to Participate in Dilapidated Housing Renovation——An Empirical Study based on the Investigation in Wenzhou City

农村住房建设和危房改造是新农村建设的重要内容之一.利用温州市沿海农村典型农户400份调查问卷,从农民的角度研究农村危旧房改造的影响因素.建立农民参与危旧房改造影响因素Logistic计量回归模型,找出农民参与危旧房改造意愿的主观及客观因素,在研究结论的基础上提出了相应对策建议.

Rural housing construction and reconstruction is one of the important items of the new rural construction. Based on the data from 400 valid copies of questionnaires from Wenzhou City in Zhejiang province, the article studies influencing factors of dilapidated housing renovation from the perspective of farmers, establishes the logistic model that farmers participate in dilapidated housing renovation in coastal rural area, and finds out subjective and objective factors of farmers＇ wishes of participation in the renovation of dilapidated buildings. Finally, some corresponding solutions and suggestions are put forward on the basis of the conclusions
