摘要
指出不同的舆情信息工作理念产生了参差不齐的传播效果。以雅安地震为例,选取两家政务微博为研究对象,分析不同的政务微博在舆情信息发布和传播上因信息内容、传播语境和文本形式的不同,展现出"塑造仪式"和"服务受众"两种舆情信息工作理念。最后提出政务微博应当围绕受众需求改进舆情信息工作策略。
The fast development of micro-blog brings new opportunities and challenges to the public opinion in public crisis event, and carrying out the public opinion information work through government micro-blog has become the government's hot topic. In Yaan earthquake, different government micro-blogs chose different information contents, communication contexts and text forms in public opinion releasing and communicating, which shows two kinds of public opinion work ethic. Different public opinion work ethics have different communication effects, so government micro-blog should improve public opinion strategy based on audiences' needs.
