摘要
目的了解镜湖区无证小餐饮的主要成因及分布特点,探讨整治的更有效措施。方法采用统一的调查表对该区所有小餐饮分布,无证经营原因进行现场调查和统计分析。结果该区共有无证小餐饮店739家,主要分布在老居民区及周围,占47.8%;农村地区无证率最高,为82.0%。无证的主要原因:房屋结构不合理32.1%,布局流程及设施等不符合要求29.6%,环境评价通不过22.2%,城市规划等原因13.3%,无房屋产权证明2.8%。无证原因以老居民区及周围的房屋结构不合理为最高,为46.2%。结论无证小型餐饮的形成原因复杂,整治应因地制宜,科学管理。
Objective In order to investigate the distribution characteristics and causes of small restaurants without license,and to develop effective measures for small restaurants rectification.Methods All of the small restaurants of local catering service units were investigated with the uniform questionnaire.Results There were 739 small restaurants without license,distributed in old residential areas and vicinal streets accounting for 47.8%,distributed in rural areas accounting for 82.0%.The main reason for small restaurants without license can be summarized as the following: unreasonable house layout(32.1%),layout process and facilities not up to standard(29.6%),unsuccessful environmental evaluation(22.2%),urban system planning(13.3%),no housing ownership certificates(2.8%).Conclusion The reasons for small restaurants without license were complicated.Countermeasures for rectification should be adapted to local conditions and supervised scientifically.
