摘要
目的研究锌指转录因子Slug、血管内皮生长因子VEGF在人胰腺癌组织中的表达及其与微血管密度MVD值之间及其与胰腺癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测20组胰腺癌组织及正常胰腺组织中Slug、VEGF的表达情况,计数MVD,并分析三者之间及其与肿瘤临床病理特征之间的相关性。结果 Slug、VEGF及MVD在胰腺癌组织中的表达明显高于正常胰腺组织,差异具有统计学意义。三者之间的表达均成正相关,VEGF表达与肿瘤大小及肿瘤局部浸润有关(P<0.05),Slug表达与局部浸润有关(P<0.05),MVD值与肿瘤大小和局部浸润有关(P<0.05)。结论 Slug、VEGF在胰腺癌组织中的表达高于正常胰腺组织,并且与肿瘤血管的形成有相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression of Slug (zinc finger transcription factor) and VEGF in human pancreatic cancer tissue, its relationship with microvascular density, as well as the relationship with the clinicopathological features of pancreatic cancer. Methods We detected the expression of VEGF and Slug in pancreatic cancer tissue and normal pancreatic tissue by using immunohistochemical method, quantified the number of MVD, 20samples in each group. Analyzing the relationship between Slug, VECF expression and MVD, and it~ relationship with the clinical pathological features of pancreatic cancer. Results The expression of Slug and VEGF, the number of MVD in pancreatic cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in normal pancreatic tissue. The expression of Slug and VEGF were positively correlated to the number of MVD. The expression of VEGF and the number of MVD were correlated to tumor size and local infiltration( P 〈 0. 05 ), while Slug was correlated to local invasion ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusions Expression of Slug and VEGF in pancreatic cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in normal pancreatic tissue and play important roles in the formation of tumor blood vessels.
