利用关节腔封闭联合施沛特治疗类风湿关节炎的护理

Nursing for patients suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and treated with articular cavity block combined with sofast

目的探讨关节腔封闭联合施沛特治疗类风湿关节炎的护理措施。方法自2012年12月至2013年7月在我院风湿免疫科50例类风湿关节炎的患者,通过局部封闭联合施沛特进行关节腔注射治疗类风湿关节炎的治疗前、治疗中及治疗后的护理。结果 50例类风湿关节炎的患者,治疗效果明显,疼痛、肿胀、活动受限的症状有不同程度改善、缓解。无1例发生关节腔感染及其他并发症。结论认真做好穿刺治疗前后的护理以及熟练的穿刺手法,可较少并发症的发生。通过耐心做好心理护理,患者积极配合,膝关节腔封闭联合施沛特注射治疗类风湿关节炎疗效显著。

Objective To explore the nursing strategies for patients who suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and treated with articular cavity block combined with sofast. Methods This study include 50 patients who suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and treated with articular cavity block combined with sofast in our hospital from December201：2 to .luly2013, summarized the datas of nursing. Results The efficacy of the treatment present well for all the 50 patients, symptoms such as joints swelling, pain and activity limitation were improved. None articular cavity infection or other complications occurred. Conclusions Nursing carefully pre- and postoperative, master puncture technique could help reduce the occurrence of complications. The efficacy of the treatment will present well based on patiently psychological care and got positive cooperation.
