局部带蒂皮瓣转移结合VSD灌洗治疗足部软组织缺损的护理

Nursing on the treatment of soft tissue defect of foot by under local pedicled skin flap transfer combined with VSD irrigation

目的探讨局部带蒂皮瓣转移联合VSD(vacuum sealing drainage)灌洗术修复足部软组织缺损的护理要点。方法对VSD灌洗的观察及护理,对皮瓣的观察及正确判断,术后的护理,及康复期功能锻炼的指导进行总结。结果 8例患者移植皮瓣完全存活。后期回访,患肢功能恢复正常,移植皮瓣区外观良好。结论保持VSD管道的通畅、有效,掌握皮瓣的观察及正确判断、术后的护理、及正确的功能锻炼指导,对手术的成功、患肢功能的康复具有重要意义。

Objective To study the key points of nursing on the treatment of soft tissue defect of foot under local pedicled skin flap transfer combined with VSD irrigation. Methods Summarize the status such as： the observation and nursing of VSD irrigation, the observation and judgement of skin flap, postoperative nursing, and the guidance for postoperative rehabilitation. Results All the transplanted skin flap of the 8 patients survived. The information from the following up showed that function of the foot received surgery recovered and the transplanted skin flap well in appearance. Conclusions Keep the VSD pipeline flowing and effective, master the method of observation and judgment, postoperative nursing, and guide exercise instruction correctly were important for the successfully operation and function rehabilitation.
