应用密切值法综合评价结核病防治工作质量

Evaluation of the working quality of tuberculosis control prevention with Close- value Method

目的探索安庆市各结核病控制工作质量综合评价方法。方法用密切值法对2010年的安庆市9个县(市、区)结核病控制工作进行综合评价。结果应用密切值法得出综合评价位次排在前3位的分别为:望江县、岳西县、太湖县,排在倒数后3位的分别为:桐城市、市辖区、宿松县;评价结果基本符合客观实际工作。结论应用密切值法比单一指标更加客观、合理地反映各地的结核病控制工作实际情况,值得在结核病等传染病控制工作综合评价中进行应用。

Objective To explore the indices and method for the comprehensive evaluation on tuberculosis control a- mong all counties in Anqing City. Methods A comprehensive evaluation on tuberculosis control of 9 counties in Anqing in 2010 was carried out using Close - value method. Results According to the Close - value method, the most excellent three counties were Wangjiang, Yuexi, Taihu, while the worst three counties were Tongeheng, Municipal districts, Susong, matching the objective and actual work. Conclusion Close - value method is a relatively accurate and practical method for comprehensive evaluation. It is more objective than one index, deserves to proceed the study the application in tuberculosis and other infectious diseases control work.
