响应面法优化金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜的培养条件 被引量:5

Optimization of Culture Conditions for Staphylococcus Aureus Biofilm by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以食源性病原菌金黄色葡萄球菌形成的生物被膜为研究对象,采用响应曲面分析法(RSA)对其培养条件进行优化。结果表明,金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜培养的最佳条件:培养基pH 7,菌悬液的初始悬浮菌浓度为108CFU/mL,培养温度37℃,培养24 h。此条件下金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜的活菌量可达5.60 Lgcfu/cm2。 This paper was mainly studied on biofilm formed by the foodborne pathogenic bacteria Staphylococcus au- reus, the optimum technology conditions of cultivate Staphylococcus aureus biofilm was optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum culture condition were as follows: culture medium pH was 7, initial concentration of bacteriologic was 10^8 CFU/mL, cultivating temperature was 37℃ for 24h, Staphylococcus aureus biofilm colony count could reach 5.66Lgcfu/cm2.
