油茶粕多肽对小鼠免疫调节功能的影响 被引量:14

Immunomodulatory Effects of Oil-tea Seed Meal Peptide in Mice

摘要 为探究油茶粕多肽对小鼠免疫调节功能的影响,以小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖作用,免疫脏器指数,血清半数溶血值(HC50),巨噬细胞的吞噬指数与吞噬率,2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)致敏所致耳肿胀度为指标,研究不同剂量油茶粕多肽对小鼠的免疫调节功能。结果表明:低、中、高剂量(250、500、1 000 mg/kg bw)的油茶粕多肽均可抵消环磷酰胺(Cy)所致小鼠免疫功能降低的作用,说明油茶粕多肽均能显著提高免疫低下小鼠的非特异性和特异性细胞免疫功能(P<0.05)。迟发型超敏反应(DTH)试验结果表明,低、中、高剂量的油茶粕多肽均能显著提高免疫正常小鼠的特异性细胞免疫功能(P<0.05)。油茶粕多肽是一种良好的免疫刺激物,其能增强机体的免疫调节机能。 The purpose of this study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory activity of oil-tea seed meal peptide(OTSMP) in mice.With spleen lymphocytes proliferation function,index of immune organ,calculation of 50% hemolysin value(HC50),phagocytic index and phagocytic rate of macrophage,swelling rate in ear of mice induced by 2,4-Dini-trofluorobenzene(DNFB) as evaluated indices,the immunomodulatory effect of OTSMP in mice was studied with high,medium and low dose(i.e.250,500,1 000 mg/kg bw) of them.The results obtained from this study showed that all of three doses of OTSMP could effectively counteract the immunosuppressed effects of cyclophosphamide in assayed mice(P 0.05).It was suggested that this OTSMP could improve non-specific and specific immunomodulatory effects in the immunosuppressed mice.Results of this assay concerning delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) reaction also showed that all of three doses of OTSMP could significantly improve specific immunomodulatory function on normal mice(P〈0.05).These results obtained from our study suggested that OTSMP is a good immune stimulant and could strengthen the immune re-sponse of its host.
