摘要
目的:探讨虫拟蜡菌固态培养产胞外漆酶及其对竹木质素的降解能力,比较蔗渣、玉米芯、木聚糖和葡萄糖4种碳源对虫拟蜡菌降解竹木质素的影响。方法与结果:培养温度28℃,基质含水率50%,铜离子浓度0.5mmol/L,接种量8%,培养9 d,漆酶产量达到28.66 U/g干曲,相应的木质素降解率为26.34%;不同的碳源影响木质素降解率和纤维素降解率,以4%的蔗渣为碳源添加到竹粉中,木质素选择性系数为18.1。结论:经固态发酵的竹粉,其木质素结构与原始状态相比明显地被破坏。
Present study investigated the laccase production and bamboo lignin biodegradability by Ceriporiopsis sub-vermispora under solid-state fermentation,and the influence of carbon sources(bagasse,corn cobs,xylan and glucose,respectively) on the bamboo lignin biodegradability of Ceriporiopsis subvermispora.The results showed that:under a cul-ture temperature of 28 ℃,a medium moisture content of 50%,a copper ion concentration of 0.5 mmol/L and a inoculum size of 8%,the laccase yield reached 28.66 U/g dry cells on the 9th day after cultivation,corresponding to a bamboo lignin degradation rate of 26.34%;the degradation of lignin and cellulose was affected by carbon sources;the selectivity coefficient of lignin was 18.1 after adding 4% bagasse into the milled bamboo;after solid-state fermentation,the lignin structure of the milled bamboo was obviously destructed.
