HPLC双柱法测定低聚半乳糖的平均聚合度

Determination of Average DP of Galactooligosaccharides by Bi-Column HPLC

目的:测定低聚半乳糖的平均聚合度。方法:利用CHO-620分析柱、氨基柱联合测定低聚半乳糖的平均聚合度,并对6家公司的产品进行检测。结果:对6家公司生产的低聚半乳糖的平均聚合度的检测结果的算术平均值为3.191,相对标准偏差RSD=3.06%。对同一公司4个批次低聚半乳糖原料中低聚半乳糖平均聚合度的算数平均值为3.20,RSD为3.30%。结论:不同公司生产的低聚半乳糖组分的平均聚合度相同,统计学上没有区别。

Objective：To determine average DP（Degree of Polymerization） of galactooligosaccharides（GOS）.Methods：A method for determination of average DP of GOS by CHO-620 analytical column and NH2-column with HPLC was de-velop.And average DP of GOS from 6 different company were determined by HPLC using two columns above.Results：The experimental results showed the arithmetic mean of average DP of GOS from 6 companies is 3.191 with RSD=3.06%.And the arithmetic mean of average DP of 4 GOS sample from the same company is 3.20 with RSD=3.30%.Conclusion：Average DP of GOS from different company were the same。
