摘要
针对表贴式高速永磁电机中分块永磁体转子的强度分析问题,基于弹性力学理论,推导了分块永磁体转子强度的解析表达式.采用解析算法计算碳纤维护套、永磁体以及转轴中的径向应力、切向应力和等效应力,并将解析法的计算结果与有限元法的计算结果进行比较.结果表明:转子在静止和高速转动状况下,解析解都能够准确地计算出表贴式分块永磁体转子的应力分布,且解析解与有限元的误差很小,完全在可接受范围之内.
For strength analysis of the segmented permanent magnet rotor in a surface mounted high speed permanent magnetic machine,a strength analytical expression was deduced based on the theory of elastic mechanics.The analytical algorithm was applied to calculate the radial stress,tangential stress and equivalent stress in the carbon-fiber bandage,permanent magnets and shaft.Then,the analytical solution was compared with the finite element results.The results show that the proposed analytical solution can accurately predict the stress distribution of the surface mounted and segmented permanent magnet rotor both in stationary state and with high speed,and the error between the analytical results and the finite-element calculation results is very small,completely within the acceptable limits.
