摘要
超声染色技术是一项方便、有效、安全的清洁技术,驻波超声场具有更高的能量,可加快染色速度。本文探讨了驻波超声场特性对染色的影响。结果表明驻波超声场轴向波腹位置的超声强度高于波节位置,驻波超声场波腹与波节位置对染色均有促进作用,但驻波波腹位置对染色的促进作用更强,且受染色温度影响小。超声热效应可以作为变温热源用于染色,但会导致超声促染效率比恒温染色过程低。
Ultrasonic dyeing technology was considered to be a convenient, effective and safe clean technology. Standing wave ultra- sound possessed higher energy, therefore it was used to accelerate the dyeing process. The experiment results showed that the ultrasonic intensity of antinodal region was higher than that of nodal point in the axial direction. Acceleration effects of dyeing were found both in antinodal point and in nodal regions. However, the highest acceleration efficiency was in antinodal point, and it was little affected by dyeing temperature. The thermo effect of ultrasound could be used as a source of heat in dyeing process. The variable temperature could result a lower efficiency of ultrasound.
