摘要
： Since the reform and opening up, Chinese government＇s view on the issue of migrant workers, the solutions to those problems have undergone great changes. This paper collected reports of migrant workers from People＇s Daily since January 1979. We analysed these policy on migrant workers, and summarized them into fouraspects： the administration policy, the policy of safeguard the rights and interests of migrant workers, the policy concerned about the family and life, the migrant workers employment policy. We make conclusions on the conversation of guiding ideology of making the migrant workers policy in China after the reform and opening up.
