中海石油炼化有限责任公司惠州炼化分公司采用全馏分催化汽油选择性加氢脱硫工艺技术(CDOSFRCN)新建了一套500 kt/a催化汽油加氢脱硫装置,能将催化汽油中硫的质量分数从336μg/g降至11μg/g,辛烷值损失1.4单位。装置投产前,主要生产满足国Ⅲ标准的汽油产品(硫质量分数不大于150μg/g);装置投产后,目前主要生产满足国Ⅳ标准的汽油产品(硫质量分数不大于50μg/g)。通过调整装置的反应深度,能够全部生产符合国Ⅴ标准的汽油产品(硫质量分数不大于10μg/g),成功实现了汽油的质量升级,为社会提供清洁汽油产品。
Huizhou Refining Company of CNOOC Huizhou Refining & Petrochemical Company (CHRP) has constructed a 500,000 TPY grass-root FCC gasoline desulfurization unit by using full-range FCC gasoline selective desulfurization process (CDOS-FRCN) , the operation of which can reduce the sulfur in FCC gasoline to 11 ppm from 336 ppm and octane loss is 1.4 units. Before the operation of this unit, the company mainly produced gasoline of Guo m standard (the sulfur in gasoline is no higher than 150 ppm). After the start-up and operation of this unit, the company is capable of producing gasoline of Guo IV standard ( the sulfur in gas- oline is no higher than 50 ppm). By adjustment of reaction severity of the unit, the company can produce gas- oline of Guo V standard ( the sulfur in gasoline is no higher than 10 ppm). The quality of gasoline is success- fully upgraded and clean gaoline can be supplied to the users.
