介绍了委内瑞拉API°16.0合成重质原油的生产过程和基本性质,其硫质量分数为2.62%,氮质量分数为4 860μg/g,酸值为1.80 mgKOH/g,残炭为10.7%,沥青质的质量分数为9.1%,金属Ni+V质量分数为385μg/g,常压渣油和减压渣油的收率分别为73.03%和40.82%。以规划设计加工能力为10.0 Mt/a合成重质原油的炼油项目为例进行研究,选择常减压蒸馏+延迟焦化+加氢裂化+缓和加氢裂化/催化裂化的组合工艺,主要生产高品质的清洁汽油、喷气燃料和柴油。并通过石油焦气化制氢和循环流化床锅炉副产蒸汽和电的方法解决了副产1.39 Mt/a高硫石油焦的出路和廉价氢气的来源两个问题。项目的建设投资估算为265亿元,其税后的内部收益率达到12.35%,表明该项目具有一定的投资经济效益。
The production and basic properties of Venezuela synthetic heavy crude of API 16.0 are in- troduced. It contains 2.62% sulfur, 4 860 ppm nitrogen, 9.1% asphahene and 385 ppm Ni + V, the total acid number (TAN) is 1.80 mgKOH/g, the carbon residue is 10.7% and the yields of atmospheric residue (AR) and vacuum residue (VR) are 73.03% and 40.82% respectively. Based upon the study of a 10.0 MM TPY refinery processing heavy synthetic crude oil, the process configuration of CDU/VDU + Delayed Co- king + HCU + MHC/FCC is recommended to produce high-quality clean gasoline, jet fuel and diesel. The H2 production from coke gasification and steam and for power generation with coke CFB boiler are proposed for high-sulfur coke outlet and reasonable H2 feed resource. The estimated capital investment is about 26.5 billion Yuan (RMB). The internal rate of return after tax is 12.35% , which indicates that the project offers a good economic benefit.
