摘要
通过分析流量计油量计算方法、两国三站密度水分比对、阿拉山口离线实验室内密度测定质量控制、阿拉山口计量站在线与实验室离线密度比对,并对不同水分检验标准比对及试验验证,最终确定中哈两国净重输差主要来源于两国水分检验标准的差异,为企业挽回巨大的经济损失。
The measurement shortage between the two countries accumulated day by day in China-Kazakhstan pipeline, the difference in test items of weight calculation in China-Kazakhstan pipeline has greater effect on the measurement shortage. This paper analyzed the calculation method on flowmeter and the quality control with density measurement in Alashankou offline laboratory. The density and water content of three stations of two countries were analyzed. The standards for water content were compared and verified in experiment. And then density of the online Alashankou metering station and offline laboratory was contrasted. It follows that the measurement shortage in net weight between the two countries comes from the different standards for water content. And a great economic lose for enterprise has been recovered.
