青岛空港红外人体表面温度快速筛检仪使用效果分析

摘要 目的了解红外人体表面温度快速筛检仪在青岛空港的使用情况,并对其监测效果进行分析,为做好口岸传染病的防控监测工作提供科学依据。方法选择青岛空港2012年7月—2013年6月出入境人员,经红外人体表面温度快速筛检仪监测报警,用水银温度计确认可疑发热病例,统计每月的发热病例检出率,红外人体表面温度快速筛检仪报警的准确率、精确度。结果经红外人体表面温度快速筛检仪监测发热旅客的检出率呈上升的趋势,红外筛检仪的准确率和精确度相对较高。结论红外热成像体温监测在口岸传染病防控工作中发挥了重要把关作用;加强红外热成像体温监测,提高其发热旅客检出率及传染病确诊率,能有效防止传染病经口岸传入传出,确保国门安全。 Objective To study and analyze the effect of application of infrared thermodetector at Qingdao airport, and to provide scientific basis for control and prevention of infectious diseases at port. Methods The suspected infectious passengers detected by infrared thermodeteetor and confirmed by mercurial thermometer among the entry-exit personnel were selected during July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 at Qingdao Airport, and the detection rate of fever patients monthly, the accuracy and precision rate of infrared thermodetector was analyzed. Results From July 1 ,2012 to June 30, 2013, the detection rate of infrared thermodetector showed the tendency of rising. Accuracy and precision rate were relatively higher. Conclusion Infrared thermodetector plays an important role of preventing and controlling of infectious diseases. Strengthening infrared thermodeteetor can raise the detectable and diagnosis rate and effectively preventing the introduction and spread of infectious diseases through port to protect national security.
