目的建立卫生检疫知识多维多层文本分类体系。方法建立卫生检疫知识库,并对知识进行分类,开发信息化系统,通过梅山智慧办公系统下的卫生检疫知识管理板块实现知识更新和共享。结果通过多维多层文本分类体系建设,依托信息技术平台,为新进人员培养提供了内容丰富、全面的教材,同时为执行部门和执法人员提供了法律和技术标准。结论卫生检疫知识多维多层文本分类体系是卫生检疫知识管理的有效途径。

Objective To establish multi-dimensional and multi-level text classification system of health quarantine knowledge. Methods Data base of health quarantine knowledge was established and the health quarantine knowledge was classified. The information-based system was developed. The knowledge update and sharing depends on the section of health quarantine knowledge management of Intelligent Office System of Meishan Inspection and Quarantine Agency. Results The multi-dimensional and muhi-level text classification system supplied the abundantest and the most comprehensive articles for the new employees and offers support for executive agency and employees on the articles of law and technical standards. Conclusion The muhi-dimensional and multi-level text classification system is the effective way on health quarantine knowledge management.
