Research progress of loop-mediated isothermal amplification technology

摘要 环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)是一种核酸扩增技术,该方法最大的优点是能够在63℃~65℃的等温条件下扩增特定DNA序列,并在30~60min内可以观察到结果。LAMP已经成功用于许多病毒的检测,本文主要概述与LAMP技术相关的最新发展现状,以及国外应用该技术检测食物致病菌、动物病毒、临床微生物等方面进展。LAMP作为一种快速、简便、灵敏、特异,无需贵重检测设备而易普及的检测技术,在一些基层实验室、流行病学调查和检验检疫等领域具有广阔的应用前景。 Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) was a nucleic acid amplification techniques. The biggest advantages of this method is able to amplify specific DNA sequences under the condition of 63℃-65℃ isothermal temperature, and the results can be observed within 30-60 minutes. LAMP has been successfully used in the detection of many viruses. In this article, we summarized the latest development of LAMP technology and the research progresses in the application of testing food pathogenic bacteria, animal virus and microbiology and so on. As a rapid, simple, sensitive and specific testing techonlogy without expensive equipment, LAMP has a broad applications in some of the basic laboratory, fields of epidemiological investigation and inspection and quarantine etc.
