摘要 为了实现步进电机在有限的时间内快速启动、高速高精度地运行,本文设计了一种步进电机变速控制系统。完成了以P89C51单片机为核心,外加DM4242驱动器的搭建硬件系统,利用Proteus结合Keil对设计程序进行仿真,并将仿真波形和实际的变速曲线在硬件系统上进行了试验验证,得到了预想的加减速曲线。结果表明该方法在步进电机的加减速控制系统设计中的可行性。 A step motor controlling system was designed in order to realize the stepper motor to start quickly, speed highly and operate in high precision in the limited time. The ideal speed curve was designed after studying and analysing of existing motor speed control principle. It could complete the hardware circuit design for control system of the step motor, which takes the single-chip computer P89C51 as the micro-controller, includes DM4242 driver. It shows simulation curves and actual speed curves by using Proteus and Keil simulation of the design program by testing on the hardware system. The results show that it is feasible to design the control system of the step motor in this method.
