摘要
印刷机是印刷文字和图像的机器。传统的曲面印刷机采用继电器,接触器进行控制,硬件接线较多,可靠性稳定性较差。随着我国自动化技术的提高,工厂自动化也上了一个新台阶,通过研究采用PLC对控制电路进行设计,确定方案,包括硬件设计和软件设计系统调试。在本系统中硬件采用三菱系列的可编程控制器,软件对系统的梯形图进行设计,由于在生产过程中需要调整印刷速度,因此采用变频器调速,最后通过整体调试完成整个控制系统。
The printing press is a machine of printing text and images. The traditional curved surface printing machine uses the relay and contactor to control, and its reliability and stability are poor with too much wiring in hardware. With the improvement of China's automation technology, factory automation has been raised to a new level, through the research of using PLC to control circuit design, determine the scheme, debugging including hardware design and software design of the system. In this system, we choose Mitsubishi Series as the hardware programmable controller, and do a design of ladder diagram for the system software. Because of the need to adjust the speed of printing in the production process, the inverter is used to govern speed and complete the control system through the overall debugging, system through the overall debugging
