摘要
研讨汽车总装自动化生产线而新型轴距控制系统。新在原来的轴距控制系统上,通过新增一套数据接收控制系统,实现光电管车种与计划车种的实时比较,判断一致才控制下件升降机滑动部移动,保证变换后的轴距与来车轴距完全一致,从而避免因二者轴距位置不一致而导致的车体滑落等安全异常事故。
This seminar automobile assembly line while the new wheelbase automated production control system. Based on the original control system, it achieves the real-time comparison between photocell vehicles and program types of vehicles by adding a series of data reception system, and it moves slide of the lift after confirmation and ensures the transformed wheelbase to drive the same wheelbase exactly, in oder to avoids the accident caused by the fall of wheelbase body because of the inconsistent position, safety exception.
