摘要
目的验证并总结TME联合使用双吻合器在低位直肠癌前切术(Dixon术)中的临床价值和确切疗效。方法按照低位直肠癌前切术的适应症入组患者,确定切除癌肿远端肠断2.5 cm后,肛门括约肌功能仍健全者依据TME原则行Dixon术,并联合使用双吻合器。结果入组50例患者均一次性手术成功,无1例死亡,吻合口瘘2例(4%),吻合口狭窄1例(2%),术后随访:局部复发5例(10%)。结论严格按照适应症选择患者,依据TME原则,行Dixon术并联合应用双吻合器可以达到根治低位直肠癌的目的。
【Objective】To verify and summary of TME combined with double stapling resection in low rectal cancer anterior（Dixon） clinical value and efficacy of.【Methods】According to the low anterior resection of rectal indications were determined in resection,distal,after 2.5 cm,the anal sphincter function still sound according to Dixon of TME principle,and combined with double stapling technique.【Resluts】50 patients were one-time operation successful,with no death,anastomotic fistula in 2 cases（4%）,anastomotic stenosis in 1 cases（2%）,postoperative follow-up：local recurrence in 5 cases（10%）.【Conclusion】Strictly according to the indications of patients,according to the TME principle,Dixon and combined application of double stapling technique can achieve the purpose of low rectal cancer.
