摘要 目的探讨带教路径手册在护理临床教学管理中的应用与效果。方法将某院2012年度的护理实习生设为试验组,2011年度的实习生设为对照组,试验组在临床路径理念指导下按照带教路径手册进行临床实习,对照组按照传统方式进行临床实习,实习结束后实行教学双方评价,比较两组教学满意度和考试成绩。结果试验组教师教学满意度测评总分高于对照组(P<0.01),特别体现在态度和技能两个方面;试验组学生实习结束后考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论带教路径手册实现了护理临床教学的全程控制和管理,能够有效提升教学双方的综合素质,值得进一步研究和推广。 Objective To evaluate the effects of applying clinical teaching pathway manual in clinical nursing teaching management. Methods The clinical teaching pathway manual was applied in the experimental group and traditional teaching method was used in the control group. The students' satisfaction and performance in the test were compared between the two groups. Results The students' satisfaction with clinical teaching in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.01),especially in the aspects of teachers' attitudes and skills. The students' performance in the test was significantly higher in the experimental group than that of the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The clinical teaching pathway manual fulfills the whole process control of clinical teaching,which can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of both teachers and students. It is worth to further research and promotion.
