摘要
结合神华鄂尔多斯煤制油分公司生产运行情况,分析了煤直接液化减压塔真空度波动的原因:减压塔顶不凝气的气量和组分变化、三级抽空器能力不足、空冷冷却能力不足等,提出了减压塔抽真空系统改造方案:增加三级抽空器、增加各级空气冷却器和一级空气冷却器前跨线。对减压塔抽真空系统改造后,提高了装置的运行稳定性和油品收率,具有显著的经济效益。
The causes of the fluctuation of the vacuum degree of the vacuum tower of the Ordos coal liquefaction plant were analyzed based on its operation practice. The problems were as follows: the amount and components of the non-con- densable gas were inconsistent with the design data, the capacity of the 3-stage evacuator and the air cooler was insufficient and the distribution of materials before air cooling was uneven. The revamping scheme of the vacuum system of the vacuum tower was put forward, i.e. adopting more 3-stage evacuators and adding a crossover line before every level of air cooler and the primary air cooler. After revamping, the operational stability was improved, achieving significant economic benefits.
