沥青配煤炼焦在炭化室高6m顶装焦炉的试验及应用

摘要 在配合煤中添加不同比例的煤沥青,进行了40 kg小焦炉试验,确定了煤沥青最佳配入比例为3%;在此基础上,在保证焦炭质量的前提下,确定了改质沥青配入量为3%的工业焦炉试生产配煤方案。大容积顶装焦炉工业试生产结果表明,配入适当比例的沥青,在焦煤和肥煤总配比减少、贫瘦煤和不黏煤增加的情况下,可有效保证焦炭质量,拓宽炼焦煤资源,具有较好经济效益。 Based on the addition of different proportions of coal tar pitch in the blended coal, and the result from the 40kg test pilot oven, this method was tested in the large-volume, top-charged coke ovens. On the premise of ensuring the coke quality, the modified pitch was added by 3%, and the result was as follows: the meager lean coal and non-caking coal were increased respectively by 10% and 1%, then the coke crushing strength coke abrasive resistance M10 was increased by 0.8%, the coke reactivity index M40 was increased by nearly 5%, the (CRI) improved by 2% and the coke strength after reaction(CSR) improved by about 3%.
