Hazop分析在某气体处理终端项目中的应用

摘要 以某陆上气体处理终端项目为例,介绍了危害和可操作性研究(Hazop)的目标、使用方法和步骤,通过展示Hazop研究节点记录,分析了偏离的原因,偏离可能导致的后果,工程中已采取的安全保护及对健康、安全、环境和财务的影响,该事件发生的频率,得出了偏离的风险级别。根据该风险级别,提出进一步的行动事项。最后总结了Hazop应注意的事项,以避免陷入Hazop误区。 An onshore gas processing terminal project was taken as an example to show how to use Hazop in a prac- tical project execution. With the help of the Hazop assessment the causes of deviation, the likely consequences that may crop up were analyzed. It also indicated the impact of the safety protections that had been taken in the engineering design on health, safety, environment and finance, and the extent of such impact. Besides, it could also show the frequency of the occurrence of the likely events and work out risk classification. Further action list was presented based on the risk level. In the end, matters needed attention were concluded to avoid falling into Hazop misunderstanding.
