3.0T磁共振两种MRCP技术在胆总管结石中的临床应用对比研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨两种磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)成像技术的临床应用价值。方法对86例受检者同时进行两种MRCP成像方法的扫描,即二维厚层成像方法 (2D MRCP)与三维薄层扫描(3D MRCP)。根据图像的信噪比、空间分辨率、对比度、呼吸运动伪影状况以及背景抑制等进行评分,并比较两种不同序列对胆总管结石检出率的高低。两种扫描方法图像间的差异采用χ2检验。结果①2D MRCP获得的图像中评价为5分的有54例,3分27例(合计81例),2分以下5例;3D MRCP获得的图像中,评价为5分的有49例,3分28例(合计77例),2分以下9例。χ2=9.63,P=0.002。②采用2D MRCP时,结石检出率为95.3%,而3D MRCP结石检出率为90.6%。结论两种MRCP方法的侧重点不同,在临床实际应用中同时进行上述两种方法的MRCP成像是必要的。 【Objective】To study the two MRCP imaging technology value of clinical application. 【Methods】86cases of client's simultaneously two MRCP scanning imaging.One is 2D thick layer imaging methods;The other 3D imaging methods TLC scanning. According to the spatial resolution of the image,contrast,breathing artifact situation and background interference factors,the image of the two MRCP are rating and to two different sequence on the bravery manager the comparison of the detection rate. The chi-square test two scanning methods between images differences.【Resluts】① 2 D imaging method for the evaluation of the image for 5 into 54 cases,3 into 27 cases(total 81 cases),two points for the following 5 cases;3 D imaging methods thin layer of the image,divided into 5 49 cases, 3 into 28 patients(total77 cases), two points for the following 9 cases.chi-square test results: the chi-square=9.84,P=0.002. ② 2D thick layer imaging methods detection rate 95.3%;3D TLC scanning methods detection rate 90.6%.【Conclusion】Two MRCP method of different emphasis,in clinical application of the above two methods and the MRCP imaging is necessary.
