CRP在淋巴瘤患者中的表达特点

Expression characteristics of C-reactive protein in the patients with lymphoma

目的探讨C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)在淋巴瘤患者中表达规律。方法采用免疫比浊法检测87例淋巴瘤患者血浆CRP浓度。结果不同分期的淋巴瘤患者CRP浓度各不相同,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同危险度分组的淋巴瘤患者CRP浓度亦各不相同,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);CRP与分期及危险度级别之间存在正相关。结论 CRP可能成为反应淋巴瘤患者疾病变化的指标,并且有可有助于判断不同淋巴瘤患者的预后。

【Objective】To explore the expression characteristics of C-reactive protein（CRP）in the patients with lymphoma.【Methods】The serum levels of CRP were detected in 87 cases of patientswith lymphoma.【Resluts】The serum levels of CRP in the lymphoma patients with different stages were different from each others,P0.05;The serum levels of CRP in the lymphoma patients with different risk grades were different from each others,P0.05;The serum levels of CRP had positive correlation with clinic stages or risk grades.【Conclusion】CRP could be used as an important prognostic parameter in patients with lymphoma.
