摘要
散光已成为影响儿童视觉健康的主要原因之一.儿童散光的患病率在不同国家和地区、不同种族间差异较大,如亚洲的新加坡、中国台湾及大陆较高,欧美国家较低.顺规散光是儿童散光的主要类型.遗传因素、视近工作、种族、年龄、球性屈光不正等因素对儿童散光状态均有影响.
Astigmatism has become one of the main reasons affecting children＆#39; s visual health.In recent years,epidemiological studies of astigmatism in children have showed that there are large differences among different countries,regions,and races in the prevalence of astigmatism,such as higher in Singapore and China Taiwan,and the mailand in China; lower in European countries.Most of surveys show that withthe-rule astigmatism is the main type astigmatism in children.Related study found that genetic factors,nearwork,race,age,spherical refractive error and other factors influenced on the astigmatism state in children.
