飞秒激光小切口透镜取出术的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来飞秒激光小切口透镜取出术已逐渐应用于临床.研究表明其小切口、无瓣化的特点使其具有减少角膜神经损伤及干眼发生的诱因,可提高术后视觉质量等优势,但因其应用于临床的时间尚短,目前还处于探索阶段.本文综述了飞秒激光小切口透镜取出术的手术方式、临床疗效及优缺点. Small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE)has been used in clinical practice recently.The advantages of SMILE are thought as cutting fewer corneal nerves off,reducing the causes of dry eye,and improving visual quality after surgery,which can be attributed to its features of small incision and lack of flaps.But it is still in an exploratory stage because of the short practice time in clinic.The surgery processes,clinical effect,advantages and disadvantages of SMILE are summarized in this review.
