西地那非（伟哥）是磷酸二酯酶5（PDE5）的选择性抑制剂,用于治疗男性勃起功能障碍.服用西地那非常见报道的全身副作用有面部潮红、头痛、鼻出血等.在眼部出现的不良事件有：视网膜分支动脉阻塞、增生性糖尿病视网膜病变、非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变等.

Sildenafil （Viagra） is a selective inhibitor of PDE-5,which used for the treatment of men with erectile dysfunction.The common side effects of Sildenafil have been reported including facial flushing,headache and nasal hemorrhage.And the adverse events of Sildenafil in ocular are including branch retinal arterial obstruction（BRAO）,proliferative diabetic retinopathy（PDR）,nonarteritic anterior ischemic opticneuropathy （NAION）,and central serous chorioretinopathy （CSC）,etc.
